孤立性右室梗塞(isolated right ventricular infarction)

孤立性右室梗塞は極めてまれであり、心筋梗塞患者の3％未満と報告されています¹⁾。

孤立性右室梗塞は、右室枝や鋭角枝の近位で非優位右冠動脈が閉塞した場合に起こることがあります²⁾。
