1:1心房粗動とは？

1:1心房粗動(1:1 atrial flutter)

最初の1:1心房粗動は1919年に報告されました²⁾。

PR間隔の短縮（0.13ms未満）は、クラスIc抗不整脈薬を服用すると、1:1伝導の心房粗動が起こりやすくなる可能性が報告されています³⁾。

房室伝導が1:1の心房粗動は、血行動態の悪化を伴うことがあり、緊急の治療が必要です。
