左脚(前肢・後肢) Left Bundle Branch
His束(His bundle)は、房室結節(AV node)と脚束枝(bundle branches)をつなぐ円柱状の束です2)。
これらの線維の大部分は左脚(left bundle branch)となり、残りは右脚(right bundle branch)へと続きます3)。
左脚は、膜状中隔(membranous septum)の下縁から発生し、その後に前枝(anterior fascicles)および後枝(posterior fascicles)に分岐し、それぞれ左心室の前部乳頭筋および後部乳頭筋に向かって進みます3)。
前枝および後枝は遠位で分岐し、心室の心内膜下に沿って広がり、心室組織への興奮を伝導するプルキンエネットワークを形成します。
