Chapman’s signとは？

Chapman’s sign

Chapman’s signは、左脚ブロックを伴う心筋梗塞の診断基準として、1957年に初めて報告されました1)。

特徴

Chapman’s signの定義は以下の通りです1)。

・I、aVL、V6誘導のR波の上行部分の50msec以上のノッチ

Chapman’s signは感度は低いですが、特異度は92％と高いです3)。

他の診断基準

左脚ブロックが存在する場合に、急性心筋梗塞の有無を判断することは困難であり、Chapman’s signのほか、Sgarbossa’s criteriaやCabrera’s Signが有用です。
