平低T波とは？

平低T波(flat T wave)

平低T波とは波高が低く、R波の10分の1未満のT波のことであり、平坦T波とも呼ばれます。R波の高さがある程度以上でなければ評価できないためR波が10mm以上の誘導で判断します。文献によっては波高がR波の20分の1未満や-0.1mV〜0.1mVのT波と定義している場合もあります¹⁾。

疾患に特異的な所見ではありませんが、虚血性心疾患や低カリウム血症などで見られることがあります。平低T波のみではなく、他の所見も合わせて判断する必要があります。
